When Father Elwood “Bud” Kieser arrives in LA in 1957, he begins a 40-year career as a television and film producer. But when his successful television series “Insight” begins to struggle and he falls in love with a nun, Fr. Bud must go to famine-stricken Africa to re-discover what his life is truly about.
